President Paul Snow, MAI, and his team of professionals have experience throughout the eastern United States with a primary market in the Triangle Area of North Carolina including Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex and the surrounding region. Our staff is also licensed to provide commercial appraisal services in Virginia and South Carolina.

At Analytical Consultants, our commercial real estate professionals appraise commercial, industrial, office and multi-family real estate, as well as vacant land. Our consultants' areas of expertise include: large land tract developments, conservation easements, multi-tenant developments and low income housing tax credit (LIHTC) projects, including historic, new market and mill credit properties.

Analytical Consultants also provides services specific to ad valorem taxation, including County reassessment support and work on appeals for both private property owners and for the County.
