Our primary market is the Triangle Area of North Carolina encompassing Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and the surrounding area including Wake, Durham, Orange, Chatham, Johnston and Alamance Counties. We are also licensed to provide commercial appraisal services in Virginia, South Carolina and Georgia.

Founded in 1981 by Lee Butzin, MBA, Analytical Consultants provides diverse appraisal and consulting services to financial institutions, government agencies, attorneys and private developers.

Analytical Consultants President Paul Snow, MAI, is a General Appraiser with certifications in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Georgia. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1995 with a Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy and Analysis.

Experienced with both residential and commercial property, Mr. Snow has specialized experience in the appraisal of net lease and LIHTC (low income housing tax credit) properties. Paul is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute and a member of TCAR (Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors).
