Consulting Services
Analytical Consultants has provided services to government agencies in several capacities, specifically in support of mass valuations and for land conservation programs. Currently, we are working closely with the Wake County Tax Department to support its 2008 tax reassessment. Several benchmark appraisals have been perfomed of varying commercial properties in downtown Raleigh to help Wake County build their appraisal models for the revaluation of the commercial property in that area.

The firm was also involved in quality control sampling and analysis in support of a real property reassessment of Kansas City, KA. In 2004, we aided Orange County North Carolina Tax Department in its tax revaluation. We have also performed several impact studies for litigation and institutional use for clients such as the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Additionally, Analytical Consultants President Paul Snow, MAI, was a consultant in the US Virgin Islands property tax system overhaul.
