Consulting Services
Analytical Consultants has provided services to government agencies in several capacities, specifically in support of mass valuations and for land conservation programs. Currently, we are working closely with the Wake County Tax Department to support its 2008 tax reassessment. Several benchmark appraisals have been perfomed of varying commercial properties in downtown Raleigh to help Wake County build their appraisal models for the revaluation of the commercial property in that area.
In 2010 Joseph Hunt, CAE, MAI and John Smith, CAE joined our staff, bringing over 60 years of ad valorem experience to Hunt, Smith and Snow, a special division of Analytical Consultants.
Joe Hunt, John Smith, and Paul Snow have almost 100 years of experience between them in appraisal, appraisal review, computer assisted mass appraisal, taxation, and working with the public. The principals have been involved in successful projects in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Georgia, Kansas, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. With the creation of Hunt, Smith, and Snow, Analytical Consultants, which has been supplying diverse appraisal and consulting services since 1981, is now expanding to offer a much wider range of services to more diverse clients encompassing county government, state agencies, financial institutions, attorneys, real estate developers, software developers, and property owners.
